1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of website design and development services (“Services”) by Media Eire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client” or “you”).

2. Scope of Services

2.2 Any additional services not explicitly mentioned will be subject to separate agreements and charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 You agree to provide all necessary content, including text, images, videos, and other materials, in a timely manner.
3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any content provided does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or any applicable under law of the country.
3.3 You must also ensure that all required access to domains, hosting accounts, and other necessary platforms is provided in a timely manner.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 The total fee for the Services will be outlined in the Service Agreement or proposal.
4.2 Payments are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the Service Agreement, typically in installments based on project milestones.
4.3 Services are no released without watermark unless full payment is received.
4.4 We do no offer any refunds/ partial or all in any circumstances. You the purchaser are buying digital services that are presented with sole responsibility falling on you if you decide after release you no longer in need of the services or for any other reason in which we provide.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to the website design and development work produced under these Terms will remain with Media Eire until full payment is received.
5.2 Upon full payment, ownership of the website and its content will be transferred to the Client, except for any third-party materials, such as stock images or licensed plugins, which may be subject to separate licenses.
6. Project Timeline
6.1 The project timeline will be established at the beginning of the project and may be adjusted as needed due to delays in client feedback or provision of necessary materials.
6.2 We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to meet deadlines or provide necessary information.
7. Revisions
7.1 The scope of revisions included in the project fee will be defined in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
7.2 If major changes are requested after the project has commenced, an updated estimate and timeline may be provided.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
8.2 We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted.
8.3 We are not responsible for third-party applications, tools, or services that may be integrated into the website.
9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition and fails to remedy the breach within 24 hours.
9.2 In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for any work completed up until the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Media Eire’s liability for any claims arising from the provision of Services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
10.2 We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or Services.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project confidential, unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.
12. Privacy
12.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data provided will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland under

Media Eire reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed appropriate to the business owner under her beliefs, including but not limited to behaviour that disrupts the business environment, violates policies, or is deemed offensive or unsafe. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these conditions and understand that refusal of service may occur without prior notice.
